CONTENTS:
Hericium erinaceus, hericium coralloides, and hericium americanum.
Lion's mane has the ability to improve cognitive function. It contains 2 compounds that stimulate the growth of brain cells which are hericenones and erinacines. It is believed that Lion's mane mushroom may be beneficial for those with Alzheimer's disease. Lion's mane may also have the ability to increase recovery rate of a nervous system injury by stimulating growth and repair of nerve cells.

Chaga mushroom has been used for centuries in Siberia and Asia to boost immunity and overall health. It is packed with fiber and antioxidants.
