do i come back?
hello!! it's been a very long time since i've been here :,)
i'm not sure if i should come back here or even let myself fall back into ed habits. my mental health has gotten worse so i'm not sure if this is me looking for a way to cope or not...
if anyone would like to talk i'm free, a buddy would be nice!! (p.s. i can't be mean so I wouldn't be good with meanspo, sorry!!)
not sure if i should start fresh and empty my account or not, any advice?

food log:
morning: green tea w/honey
afternoon: grapes (100kcal), green tea w/honey
dinner: steamed cabbage w/sausage [home cookes = idk kcals :,)]
night: dark chocolate (150kcal), green tea w/honey
ending today at 112.9 lbs
restricting at home is always hard :( i never know when i’ll be able to get out of dinner and having it usually be home cooked makes it hard to calculate calories. i know i could’ve done better today which sucks but ig it’s good for coming out of a binge yesterday. writing this down always makes me realize i’m eating too much still. i need to try harder.

haha sorry for disappearing for 2 days :,) 
had a mental breakdown and binged so i felt kinda pathetic coming back here. 
i’ll be back on my bs though, so here’s some thinspo (!not me!) until i can posts body checks i feel ok about and food logs that don’t show my unstable mental health :)
