Yikes, it’s been a while! I’m curious about others’ experience with ascension sickness, as I just discovered the phenomenon yesterday. Is anyone be else experiencing headaches, sinus pressure, ringing ears, hearing voices, waking up between 2 and 4am, vivid dreams, and fatigue? Apparently this is my body adjusting to my ascension, not unlike the bends affects divers.

I woke up this morning at 5am feeling horribly guilty and ashamed of my behaviour when I was a child - this came out of the blue. I was not very nice at times to other children around me and would sometimes get swept up by peer pressure. I immediately went to the cards to meditate on it and this was my reading....I’m finding it very difficult to admit this, and hesitated even posting about it. However, I am trying to listen to my Higher Self and let go of what isn’t serving me.
