laszlo continuously proves that he's the most empathetic and in touch with his humanity. hanging out w colin robinson and giving him the best last month bc he knew he was going to die. raising baby colin. having the option to reinvent his identity and choosing a human bartender named jackie who raised thousands of dollars for a highschool volleyball team. having a human best friend who he's constantly getting out of trouble & inviting places (even if he has to be hypnotized first). trying to protect nadja from getting hurt by gregor. spending weeks in a makeshift lab trying to figure out how to help guillermo AND keeping his secret. helping guillermo bring derek to the necromancer because he knows it would eat away at him. knowing the exact day and time they talked about the guide to show her they do care. figuring out a way to walk in the sunlight and spending the day at the beach. huh

The scarest thing about Nandor being actually smart in all things Guillermo is that this is the reason why he'll never make the move to be with him:

Nandor already knows how he feels about Guillermo.

He's not even repressing it. He's just made piece with it. Because Guillermo was never an option.

Guillermo is human. He'll choose to stay human. He's fleeting. He'll always leave in some form or fashion. Nandor doesn’t choose to act on his feelings for Guillermo for the same reason why he never turned him. It would just be a curse.

nandor immediately knowing it was his van helsing blood fighting the vampire blood. nandor knowing guillermo drinking human blood would be what fully turned him. nandor knowing that guillermo wasn’t ready to kill people and refusing to turn him because of it. nandor inventing a ceremony so guillermo could renounce his vampirism. nandor killing derek when he knew guillermo couldn’t. nandor keeping guillermo’s glasses. nandor putting his hand on guillermo’s shoulder to comfort him.
