Very intense short 10+ min Workout of carrying 100 lbs 20 yards (Bear Hug Style) and 20 step ups (10 per leg) repeatedly.
Threw all the sandbells into my travel bag and wanted to try the sandbag carry with that much weight. That was nasty and it was my first workout trying something like that. Got some work to do but not bad for first time out.

Worked on some flow training from this course for 15 min and it was fun as hell. A few exercises mixed together in a sequence. Doing 5 rounds of the sequence, take a breather, go another 5 rounds, rest and do one more set of 5 rounds. Set a timer for 15 min and just went. Not too bad....
Working on Agility, Core Strengthening, Flexibility and low impact conditioning. Great workout and feeling relaxed yet strong.
Training with these kinds of movements are unbelievable and hit every muscle group while keeping good posture, solid pacing and great progressions.
