- someone sitting in the chair YOU usually sit on in class - when a teacher decides to ask you for an answer to a question when you didn’t even raise your hand to answer in the first place - realising you’ve left your phone at home, so you will actually have to socialise when it’s awkward - when you realise the lunch line is super song - when the teacher hasn’t even mentioned homework but one person decides to bring this up and they set some - when you are moved away from your friends in class for talking and having to watch them have fun w/o you

ultimate list of scents
Hey loves,  as i said in my last pot, i am doing my listof essential scents and perfumes that i use that smell truly amazing. they are both drugstore brands and high end.
Chanel- Gabrielle: oh my, this is my most loved scent i own it’s sweet and not too overpowering which i love. i know it is a tad expensive but it is soo worth the purchase
Coach- smells like pure heaven. it packs a punch but its soo bloody nice when on

Vera Wang- Princess (any of them) so worth the price, i’ve bought 6 bottles of the princess perfume and 2 of rock princess. they both smell amazing
Versace- Crystal Noir. i only have the small bottle. it is a bit musky, and not too over the top for a perfume. but it is one of the one’s where i do say, well worth the price you pay
Marc Jacobs- i’ve got daisy dream, eau so fresh, daisy, decadence, and eau so fresh daze. i know they’re around $100 AUD a bottle but they do smell brilliant and are extremely suitable for every time of the year

life hacks y’all need to know
Hello Beauties,  whoops, i know last time i posted i said i would be more consistent. but ya know we love doing ATAR. woohoo. so let’s just get into it
- if you have a sore throat try eating some marshmallows. they can help soothe your throat and reduce the pain - put vaseline on your pulse points before spraying perfume, it will make the scent last longer (also after this post i’ll be doing my essentials scents) -wearing red can make you look more attractive (why else do you think its one of my two signature colours) - make sure you change your pillow case often as it helps reduce acne - try eyeliner it’s life changing  - while studying chew some flavoured gum, then while taking the test chew the same flavoured gum. this can hep jog your memory - got a paper cut? put some chapstick on it, it reduces the pain - sleep with vaseline on your eyelashes, it helps them grow faster and longer as well as moisturising them - putting your phone on airplane mode and keeping it cool helps it charge faster - surrounding yourself with the colour yellow can help you be more focused and productive. it reduces the production of melatonin

how to have the ultimate glow-up ladies
Hey Y’all,  I know i’ve posted stuff like this multiple times but since i’ve had my holiday break, i found a new way to glow-up and fell hella confident in myself like whaaaa- thats a thing. apparantly so. Anyways enjoy! <3 Love Bella xxx
Body: - shave, exfoliate & moisturise, it’ll give your skin a beautiful - fake tan (bondi sands is amazing and it smells like coconut), i use this all the time and oh my- it is truly amazing  - paint your nails  - use body shimmer, it looks gorgeous in the sun - add perfume and deodorant
Hair: - trim the ends of your hair! hair cutting scissors are inexpensive and a good investment  - try a hair colour you’ve always wanted to do - put you’re hair in a style you’re most confident in
Make-Up: - conceal any spots and dark circles - apply a BB cream, to even your skin tone but still look natural - use a cream blush & bronzer, it lasts longer than powder - apply powder on areas where you get oily - lightly fill in your brows with a brow pencil - curl your lashes and apply mascara - apply some highlighter to the top of your cheekbone, tip of the nose, brow bone & cupids bow - put on a clear gloss and/or sheer lip colour
Mind & Health: - try meditation or yoga - workout at least 3 times a week, whether that’ a home workout, going for a walk or gym - journal your daily thoughts and feelings  - message/call people you haven’t talked to in a while - find a new hobby

- you assume they betray your trust even though there’s no proof - you believe they will betray you, despite how honest they’ve been in the past - you are protective of them because you fear that they’ll become disloyal to you - you go through their belongings to see if your right about them - you always assume they’re angry with you - you refuse to commit to them - you make a big deal out of nothing and you see the small mistakes as huge ones - you find yourself triggered and you don’t know why sometimes
- accept the risk that comes with learning to trust again - take emotional risks. but not with the guy that’s asking for nudes or is trying to get in your pants - admit to yourself why you’re scared and what you’re scared of, so you can attempt to move on!

- don’t always respond with ‘k’ - don’t ask them ‘wyd’ every 5 minutes - talk about something interesting and don’t make the conversation awkward - don’t wait 5 hours to respond - don’t force a conversation - don’t be a dry texter  - don’t force people to open up to you if they don’t want to

how to be confident
Hey Y’all,  i’m back. i know it’s been a while i’ve been way too busy with studying and keeping up with my courses and mental health that i just needed a break from all of my social media and i apologise hopefully i will be more active. feel free to message me ideas of posts you want and shoutouts to your pages. - embrace your “flaws” -> stop taking them as negatives, first of all, who is here to judge what we should look like, or be like in general? these flaws make you unique, everyone is amazing in many different ways and that’s amazing
- start loving your “flaws” -> i know it might be difficult, because society and media want people to focus on being perfect, honestly, if they don’t like something about you, it’s their fault
- avoid perfectionism -> nobody is perfect, not even those instagram models that you see daily when you go on your socials
- each time you catch yourself talking bad about yourself, say something nice instead
- practice making eye contact with people, it boosts your confidence (don’t overdo it though)
- take proper care of your body from the inside out (regular hygiene and healthy foods)
- tell yourself positive affirmations daily. eg. “i love my uniqueness”, “i’m proud to be this person” & “i love my body”
- unfollow & avoid everyone who makes you feel not confident
- accept yourself as you are, we are here temporarily, no need to live with self-hate
- wear clothes that make you feel confident
- listen to compliments -> when someone compliments you, accept (don’t deny)
- mind your own business -> focus on self-development and doing your best
- don’t be afraid to reach out for help if you’re struggling

Hey Beauties,  A disclaimer about this post. Everyone is beautiful in their own way, for me I have been confident in my body when I’m working out and exercising so I thought I would share my current workout routine. Loves Bella.
Abs & Waist: - 50 crunches - 25 oblique crunches (L&R) - 1 min plank - 50 russian twist - 15 dead bug - 30 heel touches
Bigger Butt: - 50 sumo squats - 25 fire hydrant (L&R) - 25 side lunges (L&R) - 1 min wall sit (x3) - 25 donkey kicks (L&R) - 30 hip thrusts or hip bridges
Bigger Thighs & Hips: - 40 lunges - 50 jumping jacks - 25 inner thigh lifts (L&R) - 50 jump squats
Diet Tips: - drink at least 2L water everyday - avoid soda and sugary drinks - veg > fruit - eat more protein: to build more muscle in your butt and thighs
