just imaging a classically trained pianist dating a jazz pianist. the chaos. i’m speaking from experience. i mean this might’ve just been me w my s/o but... just imagine:

arguments on the importance of meter

the classically trained one cringing listening to jazz chords cus the intervals are just wrong

the jazz one trying to convince the classical one that improv is amazing

arguments on what to listen to

the classical one complaining that the lack of structure in jazz music is confusing

the classical one still loving the sound of jazz music despite how it basically goes against everything they’ve ever been taught and vice versa

one going on tangets about the beauty of louis armstrong’s version of la vie en rose while the other simple listens

the other one going on tangents on the beauty of bach’s fugues and their complexity

- I adore this fic soooo much oh my lord. I don’t usually read wolfstar fics that aren’t written in either Sirius or Remus’ POV, but this one was just too good not to resit.

- Probably my favourite wolfstar fic ever. Everything about this fic is so pretty and the Remus characterisation? Impeccable. It has the perfect ratio of fluff to angst, and the representation of Remus’ anxiety was done so well.
