He's just commanding people and everyone obeys him. On occasional people will try to defy him and Bucky just appears out of nowhere between Steve and whoever he's yelling at.

Bucky's back to having heart attacks over the wind blowing and potentially knocking Steve over in his frail state.

He looks even smaller to him now because Bucky has the serum and grew bigger in size since before the war.

imagine if the avengers had actually discussed the plan for more than an hour, and found out from nebula that you have to sacrifice what you love most to get the soul stone (basically a soul for a soul), and steve volunteered himself for the mission. face to face with the red skull, he’s asked if he’s willing to make the sacrifice, to lose what’s important to him. steve replies, “go ahead and try. i’ve already lost everything else.” after its done, steve just laughs and says, “that’s all?”

& steve makes it back alive with the stone. he makes it back to the avengers compound. they don’t recognize him at first, but once they see past the change in structure and size, its obvious. they ask what happened, and he replies “a soul for a soul”. he gave up captain america, let him go once and for all, and that was enough.

Honestly, I can’t imagine how tiring it would be for an actor whose supposed ‘fans’ nitpicked at their entire life with a fine tooth comb at everything they do, at who they are dating. They want the actor to themselves so they will literally find anything negative to focus on about their partner and try to destroy their image. Like these could have been mistakes from ages ago. Just fucking be happy for them if you truly are their fans. You know you’ll never have a chance with them so why actively try to ruin their life? 

I know you won't post content from the wedding, so i just wanted to say it's been a fun couple of days, and Sebastian seems to have a blast, but a certain part of his fandom keep getting worse with each passing year. I hope he and his circle aren't bothered by it now. Thank you for being respectful and keeping boundaries on your blog, i think your attitude might educate other fans❤️

Bucky’s day started off with him waking up gasping for air from a nightmare where he, once again, was trying to kill Steve. 

He looks to his left only to find an empty bed. He frowns and calls for Steve, hating to be alone and not see Steve when he wakes up from a nightmare. 

He turns to grab his phone from the nightstand when he sees a little folded note on top of it. 

He grabs it and opens it up. 

‘Gone for a run. Be back soon. 

I love you.

Bucky sighs, running a hand over his face now that he knows where Steve is. He gets up and pads to the washroom, stripping out of his clothes and hopping in the shower. He still feels slightly off from the nightmare and hopes the warm water will help. 

Once he’s done showering he pushes open the shower door and watches as the steam envelops the room, leaving a message on the mirror. 

‘You look hot when you’re naked and wet ;)’

Bucky lets out a startled laugh knowing Steve probably left it before he went out this morning. 

God, he loves this man so much. Always knows how to cheer him up even when he didn’t know he was doing it. 

He pulls on a pair of shorts and heads towards the kitchen in dire need of coffee. 

Once in the kitchen he heads straight for the coffee pot. There’s another sticky note on it. 

‘It’s freshly brewed, baby. Enjoy!’

Bucky pours himself a mug and takes a seat at the table, drinking it quietly. He hears a key enter the lock before it clicks and Steve pushes open the door from the other side. 

“Bucky! You’re awake!” Steve says, beaming when he sees him sitting at the table. 

Bucky smiles. “I am. How was your run?” 

“It was good. You sleep okay?” He asks, toeing off his shoes and making his way over to Bucky. 

Bucky shrugs. “Had a nightmare. Woke up and you weren’t there.”

Steve’s face falls and Bucky hates that he’s the one that put that look there. 

“I’m sorry, baby,” Steve says, swinging a leg over Bucky and taking a seat in his lap. Bucky wraps his metal arm around Steve’s waist tugging him closer while his other hand still holds his coffee mug, resting on the table. 

Steve drags a hand through Bucky’s hair, massaging his scalp gently. Bucky rests his head against Steve’s chest. Steve presses a kiss to his head. 

“How are you now? You want to talk about it?”

Bucky shakes his head. 

“Okay. I’m sorry I wasn’t here.”

“It’s okay. Your messages helped. They always do.”

“I’m glad, sweetheart. I love you.”

“I love you too, doll.”

Steve tilts Bucky’s face up to look at him. 

“Are you okay?”

Bucky nods. “I’m okay. I promise.”

Steve nods before leaning down and catching Bucky’s lips in a soft kiss. 

Bucky tightens his grip on Steve’s tiny waist and pulls him flush against his body. His teeth and tongue come out to play as he works his way past Steve’s lips. 

Steve lets out a little moan as he grinds down in Bucky’s lap. 

“Buck!” Steve pulls back with a gasp. 

Bucky looks at him with his pupils blown wide. 

“I’m sweaty. I need to shower.”

“You can shower after, you’re going to get all sweaty again anyways.”

“But I feel gross, Bucky. How about you join me?” Steve waggles his eyebrows. 

“I’m not going to say no to that offer. Now, about that message you left on the mirror in the bathroom…”

“What about it?” Steve asks, smirking. 

“I’ll have to disagree…”

“Wha-“

“You’re the one that looks hot when you’re naked and wet.”

Steve blushes as Bucky winks at him, getting up with Steve still in his lap. Steve wraps his legs around Bucky’s waist as he carries him to the bathroom.

After the shower Steve is taking a quick cat nap and Bucky decides it’s his turn to leave Steve a small note. 

‘Thank you for being you and keeping me sane.

You’re perfect. 

I love you till the end of the line.
