Yes, Obsidian is aware they are stepping on toes, but fear is generally the driving force that makes Riebeck move. There just needs to be a potential outcome worse than falling into a black hole to get them moving.

Did I ever tell you all about the time I had really bad Feldspar brainrot while I was at work.

One of my co-workers sent me an e-mail like Muse (they don't call me muse at work, but yk) "I have questions about the starts-with-an-F invoices". After spending 10 minutes of feeling my soul leave my body as I tried and failed to reply in a written format I decided, hey maybe I should just go talk to them.

So I approach this co-workers desk and I say "Hey about the Feldspar invoices"...The company name that starts with F was NOT feldspar...she looked at me like I'd lost my mind and all I could do was laugh. Stars above!

Summary: Wedding planning hasn’t stopped Percy and Nico from traveling the world. Percy is handling a monster off the coast of Italy when things suddenly get out of hand. Of course, Nico always has Percy’s back. This should be easy to handle just as soon as Nico get’s Percy out of the local hospital.

Nico is surrounded on three sides when his phone rings. His young adversaries pause in distraction at the sudden sound. In a few swift movements he disarms all three of the students and answers his phone while the kids stare dumbfounded at their weapons lying on the training  ground.

“Hello?” He answers cautiously. There’s very few people who call him and none of them come up as an unknown number.
