Hi! I’m back.
I have some news to share.
1. I went to the dentist and I have 5 cavities (three are new ones and two need to be redone). But I don’t have to worry about that until Thursday, February 17th, 2022.
2. Also on Monday, I went to CVS to get my COVID Booster shot, and I was so brave. I even bought myself a book about the Seminole and Miccosukee tribes of Southern Florida, as well as some Cheez-Its and Gardetto’s, as a reward for being so brave.
3. I stayed home from school on Tuesday because I was in pain with my arm as a side-effect from the booster shot.
4. I was also inactive on Wednesday because I had school and I was busy spending time with my family as we went out for ice cream at Carvel and shopping at Dollar Tree. I bought a Blue’s Clues and You workbook, a PAW Patrol workbook, and some yarn.
I also want to let you guys know that I will try to find some time this weekend to work on some Octonauts fanart and headcanons.
Have a wonderful rest of the day!

My Agenda for Mon., 10/1/22 and Tues., 11/1/22
Hi. I have some things going on tomorrow and on the day after tomorrow.
1. Tomorrow, on Monday, January 10th, 2022, I'll be returning to school to start a brand new week. On that day I'll be busy studying Chinese as I won't have much time to study Chinese on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022 because of three reasons.:
1. I start my two new college classes at Palm Beach State College for the Spring 2022 Term.
2. I'm getting my COVID Booster shot.
3. I'm going to the dentist because I have a tooth that hurts, and I really hope that it's just a cavity that needs to be filled. I'm really scared inside.
2. I'll be busy with my college on Tuesday as well, and I will be busy with college all week starting on that day.
If you don't see any new posts or if I don't do any new reblogs for any of my Tumblr blogs, it's because I will be either busy studying or I'm just resting from my trip to the dentist.
Please wish me the best of luck!

Hey, Nick Jr. fans! I have a subscription to this really cool app known as the Noggin app from Nick Jr. and I love it. I love to play games, watch videos, and listen to stories on it. It doesn’t have The Adventures of Paddington, but it does have a lot of great shows, including PAW Patrol, Bubble Guppies, Blue’s Clues, and Santiago of the Seas. And it has this calming and really cute show called Kinderwood, but it’s only available on the Noggin app. But still, it’s a super fun app and it’s perfect for chire.
These are some screenshots from a game on the Noggin app.
I hope you enjoy!

This is something Nick Jr.-related that has to do with knitting. Let’s take a moment to appreciate Duggee knitting in the “The Favorite Badge” episode of Hey Duggee.

Hi! Big update! I’ll also be posting and reblogging here Teletubbies stuff and 101 Dalmatian Street stuff, despite that Teletubbies is sadly not on Nick Jr. anymore and 101 Dalmatian Street is a Disney show and I already made a 101 Dalmatian Street blog. It’s called @dalmatianstreetheart Thanks for your time to see this

little ways to change your life:
learn how to write a new style of handwriting. try wearing your hair or makeup differently. find a new perfume you like.
do things for yourself, not for the validation of others. resist the temptation to post everything online.
start doing something you usually can't be bothered to do. like making your bed, folding everything neatly, stretching every hour, going on jogs, making a healthy meal from scratch or sleeping earlier.
make your surroundings as cozy and as pleasing for you to look at as possible.
bake delicious but sometimes deformed pastries. write things that no one "gets". wear clothes and hairstyles that make u happy. crotchet a sock badly. draw a picture that won't be aesthetic on instagram. let go of the perfect image of who you need to be. do things for yourself.
be messy. self-expression isn't always pretty. scribble messily in a notebook. draw messily an idea for a character. write a messy draft for a story.
learn your thing from scratch, whether it's astronomy, greek mythology, flower species, piano, japanese, making jam, drawing comics, or something completely different.
let yourself fully enjoy everyday things like food, commute, and your morning routines. slow down and notice every single thing that makes you feel nice.
appreciate nature, like the sunlight streaming through in the morning, the sound of rain, and the colors of sunsets.
notice the deeper meanings and emotions in songs, poetry and paintings.
let people in. give new loves and friendships a chance. initiate conversations when you want.
read as much as you can. read different genres, popular and unpopular books, classics and new releases. give every book that catches your eye a chance.
enjoy your solitude like you're a character in a movie. if you can, go out for walks alone. visit the park to look at dogs, a café to people-watch, or a library to spend the afternoon buried in a book. bring a journal everywhere with you, and write poetry and quotes and doodles.
collect little things, like vinyls, pretty rocks and shells, stuffed animals, whatever makes you happy.
find a sport you like. pretend you're a superhero. dance like no one's watching. swim like you're a mermaid. exercise is supposed to be fun, so find one that you like.
make self care a priority. this includes taking your meds on time, starting to study for a test after procrastinating for weeks, deleting things that trigger negative emotions, and knowing when to let go and ask for help.
distance yourself from sources of negativity. learn to be ok on your own. know your worth and boundaries.
let go of the past. forgive yourself for the things you regret and start again.
let go of old relationships. there's a difference between missing someone and wanting them back in your life.
let go of your need to be perfect. it does more harm than good.
never compare yourself. it will always feel like a losing battle, no matter how amazing you really are.
keep in touch with people you don't speak to much. even a message can brighten someone's day.
be kind to everyone you meet, even strangers. if someone makes you happy, make them happier. compliment often, and be less judgemental. give someone a smile, you never know how much it means to them.
wake up earlier in the morning. wake up with the sun and fall asleep with the moon.
if you want to be calmer and more productive, remove things on your phone and social media apps that you don't need. (which is most of them).
make a list of qualities in the person you dream of becoming. write about your ideal life with what you have. make goals to be the happiest and healthiest version of yourself.
don't suppress your emotions, but don't overthink them either. have a kinder relationship with your body and your thoughts.
don't be afraid to ask for help, whether it's a teacher, therapist, friend, doctor or parent.
remember that healing and loving yourself is just starting over and over. it's not too late. you're still young and you can move and grow at your own pace. your peak is yet to come.

Just a quick PSA, because I keep seeing people mixing the two up:
Knitting is done with two straight needles (the might be connected with a wire)
Crocheting is done with one hook
This is knitted (check out the general V-shape of the stitches):

This is also knitted:

This is crocheted (stitches have more of an X-shape):

These are also crocheted:

Things to do to feel productive while quarantined!
Practice self care!
Make the best of the sad circumstances
Paint/make art
Read a book!
If you have the ability, take a walk outside (preferably a less populated area)
Play with your pets, if you have a backyard take them out there if you can!
Take a bath!
Practice some creative writing
Call your friends🥺
Bake and cook! I know I plan to bake some bread
Make plans of what you are gonna do when this is over, I think I’m gonna throw a party :,)
Study for exams or something that interests you to keep your mind sharp
Work on your spirituality if you have any! (ie. Cast spells, make offerings, recite blessings/prayers)
Organize your room/house
Sew/embroider!
Get dressed in your favorite outfits and do a photo shoot
Knit!
Play an instrument
Make lists of things (like I am now heh)
Write letters to your friends or love letters to your special someone/people!
Whatever happens do not panic! We’ve gone through much worse as a race, and panicking helps nobody. We are strong and YOU are strong, and as long as we keep clean, in-touch with eachother emotionally, and keep our heads we will be alright💖

tips for dealing with overeating
remember that what’s done is done, there’s no point dwelling on the past & tomorrow is a new day
talk to family/friends (about life not food)
go for a short slow walk somewhere flat & if possible immersed in nature/by the ocean
listen to music that makes you happy/relaxed - having a dance party/screaming the lyrics can also be helpful
do NOT restrict the next day - depriving yourself will simply make you want food more (on top of that the body is often hungrier than usual after a big day of eating anyway) & then you’ll get yourself into a cycle of restricting & overeating which isn’t healthy & is really difficult to get out of. Instead focus on having regular wholesome meals during the day & nourishing your mind/body/soul.
watch uplifting/distracting TV
go see a friend
have a shower/bath - cold showers are very refreshing/awakening which are particularly helpful if you find your mind is going very quickly & you’re feeling uncontrollably upset) whereas warm/hot showers/baths are more relaxing & soothing (try adding bath bombs, epsom salts, essential oils too!)
do something creative - colouring in, drawing, sketching, knitting, editing photos, taking photos, exploring Pinterest, blogging etc
cuddle your pet
journal your thoughts
immerse yourself in nature/jump in the ocean
meditate to soothing music
hydrate & keep water with you wherever you go or by your bed
do a restorative yoga flow
go to bed - try lying on your left side, this is easiest for your digestion
read a book
do any work you have
know that you aren’t alone & that almost everyone goes through this too

Hi friends. How are you?
I’ve been loom knitting a blanket for my Teletubbies plushies lately and it’s one of the things I’ve been doing to keep myself from worrying about the coronavirus because, just like knitting and crocheting, loom knitting is a fun and calming hobby that’s perfect for stress-relief, keeping busy, and creativity. I have some advice for you to make sure you don’t have to worry if you’re going to be stuck inside in order to keep away from the coronavirus.
1. Make sure you practice good hygiene, as well as self-care, which includes bathing and showering, despite that I don’t like showering at all and I prefer bathing.
2. Keep yourself busy and worry-free with a hobby or two or more. It can be any kind of nice and fun hobby. Whether it’s knitting, crocheting, sewing, cross-stitch, embroidery, loom knitting, drawing, or writing; these hobbies you do will keep you busy and worry-free for sure.
3. Try to ration your food and drinks, especially by eating smaller portions, because the stores are crowded and there’s not much stuff to buy because everyone might have bought it all in order to prepare for the coronavirus. Please also make sure to do the same with your paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, and wipes, especially your flushable wipes.
4. Remember that you’re lucky that you’re not one of those people who actually have the coronavirus, even if you’re sick but you don’t have the coronavirus at all. (For example: My twin sister Sam is sick but she doesn’t have the coronavirus at all, but she’s going to be staying with my uncle Robert, my aunt Anchalee, and my cousin Hudson in their new house in Parkland for 14 days in quarantine.) Also don’t forget to remember that you’re loved and you should stay positive and happy and don’t worry during this time of this horrid pandemic. I love you!

Autism Speaks turned their puzzle piece logo rainbow colored to appropriate the neurodiversity movement, but a new look doesn’t erase the disgusting things it did and still does. They spend money making that instead of on helping autistic people access services, so it’s safe to say we, autistic people, are still not being listened to.
