I think the hardest thing is piecing it all together when your love is slowly drifting apart. There is sadness but also an overpowering hope of being wrong. It's almost this feeling of hanging between a stomach full of butterfly and void in your chest caused by heartbreak. Loving is hard, so is heartbreak, but the hardest is not knowing whether that is a moment of strengthening your relationship or of an incoming heart wrenching pain.
