𝔇𝔢𝔫𝔫 𝔡𝔦𝔢 𝔗𝔬𝔱𝔢𝔫 𝔯𝔢𝔦𝔱𝔢𝔫 𝔰𝔠𝔥𝔫𝔢𝔩𝔩...

Autumn has arrived and, along with it, my head is filled with autumnal thoughts. They are thoughts of bats, of witches, of mystery, of wounded hair and frozen fingers, of shorter afternoons and longer nights.

Between those long nights, nights covered in the silent mist and cold moonlight, that enigmatic romantic novel by Bram Stoker named Dracula appears, with a terrible protagonist who doesn't leave anybody indifferent.

And this is because with the Count we feel madness, we feel desire, we feel a love that travels beyond time. But, most of all, what we feel is fear, fear of illness, fear of the storm, fear of being dead (or what seems to be worse -fear of being undead.)

Autumn has arrived and, along with it, my tribute to one of my favorite books of all time.

I think this project is one of the most beautiful that I've worked on so far; I feel it from the bottom of my heart. Just like the polar bear and the panda bear in this story, I believe in diversity and in love for those who are (apparently) different from us, regardless of their origin or destination; I am happy thinking that, through the stories that I illustrate, I can contribute to change the minds of the future generations.

Is there something more valuable? I doubt it...

Hello, friends of Tumblr!

Today I'm definitely starting a YouTube channel. What about? Well, about of illustration and art, obviously! :D Although I've already done some videos on YouTube before, I'd like to continue creating content that has to do with my profession, just to continue growing as an illustrator. For doing so, I need your most sincere feedback, hence I ask you to take a little walk over there, watch my video and, in case you like it, click on the subscribe button. I'd like to upload a couple of videos a month, I'll probably be doing it on Sundays. I'll keep you updated :) Of course, I'm open to any proposal you want to make me regarding the topics; the only requirement that I have is that the topics have to be related to the illustration's world. By the way: since most of the people who follow me around here are English speakers, I'll make the videos mainly in English. However, I'll consider adding subtitles in Spanish in the future. This mainly depends on the reception they have. That's it, folks! I hope that you like it very, very, very much and that you help me to continue growing as a freelance illustrator :)
