the moment an smp starts trying to differntiate between canon and non-canon content i tune out. i dont want dedicated lore streams i want to watch a world where characters spend 3 weeks building a house and its just as canon as them going to war with their neighbor. im barely holding on to qsmp bc some of the creators are shifting towards having Important Lore (TM) streams that are different from their normal playtime and it rlly turns me off.

#i havent watched smps in ages but i lowk agree #like the second u do that you start getting inconsistencies and ppl separating the 'canon' with the 'non canon' and it gives the ccs #the right to retcon any characterization or interactions that makes them look 'bad' #(staring at q!Phil's and Sunny's interactions that he said was an ooc joke etc etc) #<- idk i rolled my eyes at that
