Dirty 30!

Happy birthday to my brother’s gf!

The cake didn’t come out like I wanted to, so I had to tweak it a bit.

It’s a strawberry cake with strawberry filling frosted with vanilla buttercream. 🍓 yum.

As much as I enjoy the food at work, this meal made me sad. 😕 the biscuits and gravy were not the business! If you zoom into the picture you can see the fat separating. And the biscuits were a bit stale. I know the gravy is suppose to soften the biscuits, but it didn’t. At least I was able to enjoy the rest of the food.

I LOVE seafood!!

It’s been a good minute since I’ve gone to Red Lobster. The reason why I went was to introduce my nephew to lobster, he’s already a big fan of shrimp, why not lobster.

While he enjoyed a shrimp and lobster roll, I was able to enjoy a nice plate of grilled shrimp, lobster and salmon. Though the salmo was more toward the crispy side, I still enjoyed it.

Had the pleasure of making some Mickey Mouse cakes this past weekend. Both cakes are marble (chocolate and vanilla) frosted with a vanilla buttercream. The red cake has a filling of strawberry and banana. The cupcake cake just has a buttercream filling for it’s a smash cake.

With a butter herb pierise crust, moz cheese plus 3 cheese Alfredo (even though I can’t eat cheese) pepperoni, sausage, bacon AND pineapple... (yes.. I put pineapple on pizza) Can’t go wrong with a classic savory pie! 🍕🍕

Another fiesta themed cake..

Vanilla cake with strawberry filling, cupcakes are vanilla and chocolate all topped with vanilla buttercream, the cake pops are also vanilla cake dipped in a variety color of chocolate. The character faces are all royal icing.

This theme will never get old !

I do have to admit that I did struggle a bit to make the circle even in the beginning, but after a few I was able to keep a good flow.
