If you lived in the nation of Texas as a disabled person you were set.
The first president of Texas wanted to make sure the disabled were well taken care of and wouldn't have to worry about certain aspects of life.
She made housing more affordable for the disabled as well as working with the Texas home owners association to allow the disabled housing in safer neighborhoods for affordable prices.
Medical coverage was greatly approved and all medical charges for children were waved.
Schools became better equiped to teach disabled students along with work spaces being more accommodating.
More businesses owned by people with disabilities began popping up. From clothing to furniture and so much more.
Texas paved the way for them to thrive as the first generation of Texans growing up in an independent Texas would reach new heights as one child from Waco would become a country super star and make it to the Grand Ole Opry, some would become astronauts, others notable political figures, athletes, and more.
If Breaking the Ice ever became a movie, this would be the opening song, but rewritten to Watch World War Three on HDTV.

What is the cost of proving oneself right?
.... What is the cost of a life?

It's a difficult choice, other clans have been coming to the polar bears base asking for help, some in utter terror and panic.
Boris sits at his desk and reflects on what lead humanity to its end.
One nation wanting power.
One at war with itself.
And one that made itself its own power but left its siblings to fade in the atomic ashes.
