The fic is very long and it goes through Grantaire's recovery. Les Amis were organising a march for mental health awareness, Enj was slightly manipulating R into talking at the march, he gets slapped by Ferre for it after R has another breakdown after that, R was delusional about adopting a litter of kittens.
