Minecraft mob Infections (corruptions/mutations?)

Enderman:

Contracted via long term over-consumption of chorus fruit, and to a lesser degree use of ender pearls

Eyes and internal organs start to turn a purplish hue

Black, leathery blotches appear on the body and slowly overtake the skin

Weight loss and unnatural growth

Compulsion to collect certain blocks/items, exactly what is dependent on the victim

Increasing hydrophobia, being in water starts to sting, you gag attempting to drink, just looking at lakes and oceans make your stomach sink

You find yourself drawn more and more towards whatever stronghold is closest to you, the urge to go to the end by any means is hard to ignore

In later stages endermen’s garbled noises start to sound like real sentences, you have an innate ability to understand their thoughts. You may find yourself attempting to telepathically communicate with a player without realizing

Deepened, slurred speech. You sneak up and scare people without intending to, your movements are silent

Repulsion upon being stared at, regardless where the onlooker is. You experience sudden bouts of rage and may attack the other person without being provoked, but these are momentary

Treatment is a variety of cleansing rituals, no contact with any chorus fruit or ender pearl use, and prolonged periods of being in treated water

Creeper:

Spore/plant related transmission, maybe from residue left by their explosions

Center of the pupil becomes red and whites of the eyes turn black

Itching, tingling, or otherwise crawling sensation under the skin

Overtime patches of a moss-like substance and spines grow on frequently scratched areas, aggravating the discomfort. Only the spines are dangerous, as physical contact such as being pricked by its edges can transmit the corruption

You become increasingly paranoid, fidgety, and erratic. Prone to violent fits of rage. These can be directed at a person, but the urge to act on these impulses applies to everything around you. Builds demolished, furniture broken, regardless of its sentimental value even to the perpetrator

You find yourself drawn towards forests you can camouflage in. Shady, enclosed, you can hide, no one will see you coming

Infected individuals must be kept in sterile conditions and repeatedly branded to burn off the moss patches, done until all afflicted areas are unable to grow back

Just finished carrion for the first time and YOOOO

The fact you spend the entire game breaking things and eating people but in the end you get to just walk out. No big boss fight, no guns, just stroll into the city where you’ll cause god knows how much damage. This ending is eating my brain I love it so much
