I am absolutely brokenhearted to hear David Soul has passed. I started crying once I read the news. Starsky and Hutch brightened my life during a very difficult time. I loved that David and Paul had a special bond both on and off screen. Thinking of David's family, and of course Paul during this time. We've lost a great one. Gone but never forgotten.

SHareCon vid show

As you might have seen, SHareCon is once again virtual this year, coming to a phone, tablet, or computer near you, October 14th - 17th.  And you know what that means?  A virtual vid show!

We need premiering vids to show at the con! What is a premiere vid? One that hasn’t been posted online or shown at another convention. If you have a new, unposted vid that you’d like to premiere at SHareCon, please send it to [email protected] by Sunday, October 2nd.

Once you’ve sent us your premiering vid(s), please don’t post it online until after the vid show.

Are you new to making fanvids? That’s wonderful! We welcome vids from vidders of all experience levels.

Have multiple vids to send us? Generally we set the limit at three vids per vidder, but reach out to us; we can be flexible.

All vids should be Starsky & Hutch vids, but crossovers are fine if Starsky & Hutch is the main focus. Vids do NOT need to be slash focused. Vids about any characters or themes from the show are welcome.

The vid show will probably be subtitled this year, so please be aware that your vid might be shown with subtitles.

Sweet, Savory, Spicy: well. much like my personality, I like desserts that are salty and sweet. Reese's with potato chips are the BEST. And French fries in milkshakes. Savory food is probably more my jam, though. I'm a total wimp when it comes to spice. Pepperoni is probably the spiciest thing I can handle 🤭

Favorite color: blueeeee!!, but honestly I love almost every color and it depends on the mood to decide which one I'll choose or use or whatever

Currently reading: besides my 16 open ao3 tabs, I'm reading "The butterfly garden" by Dot Hutchison, which I haven't got the chance to read that much since school and more stuff has kept me pretty busy, but yeah, so far it's been engaging and I'm a sucker for psychos so I hope it's good.

Last song: Man, lately I've been going down a Rammstein spiral and oh baby Jesus I swear my family can't be more sweet about enduring my daily five hours blasting their songs at full volume. Last one I heard just a few minutes ago while finishing my homework was "Sonne" from the "Klavier" album and, seriously, if y'all feel like it you should check out the song, IT'S JUST *CHEF KISS*; I swear that whole album speaks directly to my soul, but this song in particular does something to me. The notes for the verses are so dark and intense, just like the original song, but at the same time it has this neat and elegant detail, and don't even get me started on the chorus part, because it really gives me the chills. Is so delicate and smooth and delightful I can not not fall in love with it.

Last series: Yesterday I couldn't sleep so I opened Netflix and played one of the first ones that appeared on recommendations. It was about a girl who pretends to be rich and plays the elite, I don't remember well the name but I think it was something with "Anna" in it lol

Sweet, savory, spicy: For what, exactly? Lmao. Uh... If we're talking food, for dessert obviously sweet. For food in general, bro, I'm Mexican, I eat spicy food all day every day, and I love it. As for savory, i guess sometimes?

Currently working on: Trying to perfectly schedule my days between school, study for a super important exam that is twisting my guts with the anticipation and getting back to practice with my guitar :(( it makes me real sad I don't have enough time to play again. I'm hoping on sparing some time next weekend and get acquainted with my baby again.
