Dead on Main Head Cannon

My favorite head cannon for this ship is that when they're feeling petty and pissed off at each other they'll send the other a purple hyacinth. It hits both of their dead, melodramatic souls perfectly. Flower language for purple hyacinth is "my regrets follow you to the grave" and that just vibes the same as "my condolences for your stupidity" to me at least.

Jason in a meeting as Red Hood with his gang. Flower shop worker guy comes in and says with the monotone of a dead-souled retail worker: "Delivery for Mr. Hood?"

Jason raises his hand with a sardonic head tilt.

Flower shop guy drops a small pot of purple hyacinth in front of him on the table and then reads off a small white card. "For leaving me to meet your dad by myself. Love, Danny." He puts the card back in his pocket. "Enjoy your flowers." He says in a way that makes Jason certain the man has no idea what the word enjoy actually means before shuffling out of the warehouse.

Hood's men all sit there silently for several long moments before one of them finally dares to speak.

"You made them meet the parents by themselves?"

Jason let's out a long heavy sigh.

"Anyone got a couch I can use tonight?"

It’s 11 p.m. here so headcanon that Uma had realized that she had been in love with Harry Hook and she actually saw him as boyfriend material when back in her adolescence she had a wet dream for the first time in her life and her sexual fantasy involved none other than Harry Hook, her fucking best friend…at first Uma thought it’s sort of miserable how she had like only one person in her life and that must be why he appeared in such a way. Yeah totally, it’s because she had no one else to fantasize about. Thank god she’s not having it about someone else like Clayton Jr. or Harriet Hook. That’d drive her into total madness. Uma decided that it’s not like she found Harry fuckable. He’s her best friend and he’s almost always her silly boy. Uma went about her day no problem like that, until Harry stopped by and came see her. Then…what the fuck? Uma found herself speechless as soon as she recognized him walking into the shop because when did he become hot? What, since when??? That’s how Uma really noticed that Harry was pretty. His sharp jawline. His blue eyes. The shape of his lips. His strong arms. None of that were the same in her memories. They’ve grown up together, and yes they changed a lot. But to Uma he’s always a little boy who was even shorter than her and had a little too big of his father’s coat on. She didn’t notice that he’s hot now. How would she? When all he does is challenge her for anything fun and exciting she was too busy winning whatever competition he brought up for her. They’ve been good friends, too. Maybe that’s why she didn’t see his in that way for long. She didn’t want to change anything about them. But now, she saw him changed and she as well changed how she see him. What the fuck. She’s been sexually bothered by him. What a loser. She might be in love with her best friend.

“Uma? What’s wrong, darling?”

Harry tilted his head. Probably thinking that she’s upset or down right now because she doesn’t speak as much and avoid meeting his eyes.

“Nothing.”

Uma bared her teeth, and Harry shrugged as he decided that she’s not in the mood.

But truth was. Everything. Everything was wrong with her.
