bumped into the neighbours kids at the store (the ones i teach art to) and i told Fatima her head scarf was pretty and i hope she’s enjoying Eid so far

i didnt realise that the only way to get Derryth Bonecloak out of her abusive relationship was by curing Baelen's illness and letting him go back to being a piece of shit to her until she leaves him

so i killed him in Baldur's Gate instead

i hoped she would have some special dialogue on this action, but it's the same as if she was running the shop with him. She doesnt seem to notice that he's dead. Which is a shame in some ways but maybe she's just in on the crime.

anyways i never charge her for goods and i donate stock and gold to her regularly, she's great.

actually the idea of Halsin punching anything to death has this delicious comic irony to it - but something about him using "flurry of blows" on a multiple small, enraged animals then going back to camp to meditate like nothing happened is especially humorous

god dude tell me about it, i too suffered the horrors of living directly beside the Ibrox stadium (and i mean you open your door and it's there) with an irish catholic, Celtic supporting man who refused not to wear green in the area and the state of FEAR that i lived in was constant and beyond description - Rangers fans are absolutely mental

I keep making the mistake of cooking something real good but forgetting it’s meant to be mixed through rice before I make people try it so I ask someone to try it and they’re like “tastes good, but it’s very overly seasoned, so I will not try it a second time” and I’m like “wait, what if it’s mixed through rice? It’s supposed to be mixed through rice” and they say “no :)” and slap the tasting spoon out my hand then walk away :(

#ok I made the spoon part up but the reaction is always the same #I should mix it with the rice BEFORE I let them try the meal
