to the most amazing people i have ever met,

i joined tumblr roleplay as a lost nineteen year old, reeling from losing close family in the pandemic, struggling with mental health during lockdowns. what started three years ago as something to do when i was bored allowed me to meet the most wonderful people, and i have had the opportunity to do the most amazing things here, to make the greatest friends, write the greatest of characters, and so much more. but now, nearly two and a half years later, i’m about to go to my dream medical school, and the space that i once had for this website is no longer there. i have grown up here, and it’s been an honor to explore my beloved space princess with everyone, but my time in the community has come to an end. i don’t know for how long (barring any other global pandemics) but for now, i’ve come to say goodbye.  

please please follow me on twitter, my personal & instagram so we can keep in touch as much as possible because my love for this community is everlasting. the love i have experienced here, the depth of joy, the skills i have gained, they can never ever be lost. to say that i can separate myself from leia would be a boldfaced lie. as someone who watched star wars as a child & looked up to her ever since, she’ll always be my leia organa.

thank you to everyone for everything. its been an honor to be your princess leia, and, i hope that you’ll remember me and my silly little tumblr blog that turned into so much more, i sincerely wish everyone here well &  please keep in touch on discord!   it’s been wonderful.  i’ll see everyone on the flip side!

princess leia organa skywalker solo welcomed death   :   she saw her father & mother [the organas]  she saw them [what do you call anakin skywalker & padme amidala?  seventy years later & the princess of alderaan will never know.]      she sees her sons.   she remembers their smiles.    [she holds anakin tight.   he’s as little as leia always pictured him to be.]    jacen’s eyes are soft again.  han’s smile is warm again. 

here lies her imperial highness, leia organa. forever the princess of alderaan, yet never it’s queen.   in loving memory.
