वाणी:- नाभि कमल में विष्णु विशम्भर, जहां लक्ष्मी संग बास है। हरियं जाप जपन्त हंसा, जानत बिरला दास है।। सरलार्थ:- शरीर में बनी नाभि तो पेट के ऊपर स्पष्ट दिखाई देती है। इसके ठीक पीछे रीढ़ की हड्डी के ऊपर यह नाभि चक्र (कमल) है। इसमें लक्ष्मी जी तथा विष्णु जी का निवास है। इस कमल को विकसित करने के लिए हरियम् नाम का जाप करना चाहिए। इस गुप्त मंत्र को कोई बिरला ही जानता है जो सतगुरू का भक्त होगा।

वाणी:- हृदय कमल महादेव देवं, सती पार्वती संग है। सोहं जाप जपंत हंसा, ज्ञान जोग भल रंग है।। सरलार्थ:- हृदय कमल की स्थिति इस प्रकार है:- छाती में बने दोनों स्तनों के मध्य स्थान में ठीक पीछे रीढ़ की हड्डी पर यह हृदय कमल बना है, दिल अलग अंग है। हृदय मध्य को भी कहते हैं। जैसे यह बीच (मध्य) का कमल है। तीन इससे नीचे तथा तीन ऊपर बने हैं। इस कारण से इसको हृदय कमल के नाम से जाना जाता है। इस कमल में महादेव शंकर जी तथा सती जी (पार्वती जी) रहते हैं। इस कमल (चक्र) को विकसित करने का नाम मंत्र सोहम् जाप साधक को जपना चाहिए। जो ज्ञान योग में वास्तविक ज्ञान मिला है, यह अच्छा रंग अर्थात् शुभ लगन का कार्य है। इस यथार्थ ज्ञान के रंग में रंगे जाओ।
