thinking about vampires again, them feeding you specific foods to change how your blood tastes, making you cry on spices so they can get a little zing in your blood - its not nearly as spicy as they remember but considering the alternative is food they cant digest or taste theyre willing to put up with it (it helps that you look so pretty when youre crying, lips burning from the spice, tears building in your eyes and spilling over your soft too-warm cheeks), eventually yhey take pity on you and let you drink some milk to cool your palette back down only to try to feed you even more spicy foods
