If you’re ever feeling ugly, know that Charlie Dalton would genuinely think you’re the finest individual in every room.

sticks but the fan created version of them. our fandom has somehow decided sticks is nonbinary, like me. We have also decided they are in love with Charlie, like me.
Which DPS extra/background character are you and why?

Dead Poets x Perks HC :)
Todd Anderson, inspired by Mr Keating, became an English teacher after attending Welton. He wanted to help as many kids he could, help them participate, or even just feel welcome as Mr Keating did to him. One day in 1991 a boy in his new advanced English class reminded him much of his younger self. The boy was quiet, nervous to participate but still smart, very smart. The boys name? Charlie Kelmeckis.

Dead Poets Society fans really recite the whole script whilst doing menial tasks like it’s slam poetry or rap music.

Because there aren’t enough posts in the DPS fandom
For those of you who hang out in the Dead Poets Society and Anderperry tags, I am gifting you with the following links:
Here is the final script of Dead Poets Society.
Here is the original script.
Here are the deleted scenes.
Here is a video with the boys in New York which is just really important okay.
Here is an interview with the cast when they were still little DPS fetuses.
These are just kind of five things you didn’t know you needed, so enjoy, stay safe, cry often, I love you guys.

Dead Poets HC
I saw a head cannon similar to this but i can’t remember who posted it (about an essay set for their favourite poets and Keating had 6 essays on Todd) however here is my version of that...
It was about six months after Keating was fired and the poets were sitting in English class, studying Shakespeare. At the end of the lesson their new teacher asked them to write an essay about their favourite work of Shakespeare’s and why. The next day he had six essays on his desk claiming their favourite play was A Midsummer’s Nights Dream, telling in depth why Puck is the best character.

‘So beautiful’ to a normal person are words of romance or wonder but to a dead poets fan? Those two words mean sadness, loss and grieving.

That feeling. The one after finishing that book. The feeling that no one can break your little bubble. That feeling that no one else really understands unless they’ve read, no, experienced that book in the way you did. That's the best

Early morning studying. Late night book reads. Going to that  corner in the bookstore. Walking down museum corridors. Analysing Shakespeare plays. Reading classics for the first time. Romanticising life all together.
