"what will happen with the class war" is left open in the game, but all the other points you have are quests that are resolvable. You rushed into the ending, which in the isometric rpgs disco Elysium is in the style of, will leave side quests unresolved. You shouldn't have gone to the island until you did everything you wanted to. I can't remember how clear the game makes that, or if you need Gamer Instincts to guess that. There's no hard time limit, just increasing ludonarrative dissonance as you do random shit while leaving a murder unsolved.

Off label usage is actually very common and can range from "this is commonly accepted medical practice" to "an idea one doctor had" and everything in between. The only difference is that the FDA (and equivalent in other countries) haven't officially verified that the medication works for such a purpose, which is a very high bar to pass and when a medication is already on the market all it does is give the manufacturer the ability to officially acknowledge it's use for a certain condition. It could say in medical textbooks "treat XYZ condition with ABC drug" but if the manufacturer hasn't submitted all the data to the FDA and been assessed by them specifically, it is still technically off label.

When I received Lupron therapy for my precocious puberty in 2013, it was off label. I remember reading the official pamphlet and being very confused that it was about fertility treatment. It was approved for precocious puberty in 2020, so there's now a massive amount of safety data on it. But when I received it, it was the medically accepted standard. Cross sex hormone therapy has decades more evidence and use history than most novel drugs, the only reason HRT is still technically off label is because no manufacturer has tried to change that- probably because the ability to advertise for cross sex hormones would just draw the ire of conservatives if they ever used it.

The prescribing of ozepmic as a weight loss drug has nothing to do with being on/off label, but rather resource allocation and our fatphobic society. It isn't the FDA's job to prevent shortages, simply to ensure that drugs are safe and effective. As far as I'm aware, there's nothing all that dangerous about non-diabetics taking ozepmic, certainly compared to other approved weight loss surgeries like gastric bypass which have risks and side effects that should only be acceptable when the alternative is death. The problem here is treating weight itself as a disease and the product/consumer model of medicine. The FDA is a consumer safety organization. There is nothing in the US to ensure the people who need the medicine most are the ones able to get it. While I don't think it's relevant for ozepmic specifically, most drug shortages in the US are in fact that fault of the DEA.

The ability of doctors to prescribe drugs for experimental purposes off label when the patient is properly informed is very important. My brother is currently on a gout drug off label for his Chron's Disease. This course of treatment is supported by evidence, but unlike HRT or puberty blockers, it isn't accepted by all medical professionals. Off label treatment is very common, it just usually doesn't make the general news.

I'm actually from a parallel universe. I've been here long enough that I know how your history went, but in mine everything is the same but the main mascot character of Pokémon wasn't Pikachu, but Bulbasaur.

Essentially everything is the same otherwise in our universe, history played out pretty similarly, just with the relevant differences in how many stickers or plushies of Bulbasaur/Pikachu you see.

I mean, also we elected Mitt Romney in 2012. I don't know how that resulted from the Pokémon then, but it did.

For all you Spawn!Astarion fans. Yes this in a unique magical item, but it proves it's creatable. Jaheira and Misnc know about it, and I can't imagine it's lv20 mage difficult to create.
