Demigods who made it into their adult years is a fun concept because I'm just imagining a random son of Athena on his late thirties who's like, a Math teacher or something, watching the news about "the storm that was destroying half the country" and seeing through the mist that that's fucking Typhon and seeing his mom and the other gods fighting him and just. Wondering what the fuck did he miss lol

the thing about radskier is it's the inevitability of betrayal of it all. radovid is ultimately working for the interests of redania. jaskier is ultimately working for the interests of ciri and geralt. we know this. they know this. we see very clearly them manipulating each other. it's just that underneath that, there is this element of honesty because they both understand what the other is doing, and they both want to see the other, and be seen by them. it's sort of bittersweet in that these two characters are so intrigued by each other, and so suited to each other, but we know that (or we can assume that) ultimately, it can't work out

“I moved to London last year to make a few hours of The Witcher. As a fan of the game and then the books, making this particular arc with Henry Cavill and Anya Chalotra was a blessing. Anya and Henry gave 100 percent all the time. Their care for The Witcher source material and their stewardship of these characters is exemplary. I love this photo as it captures the warm tone and familial creative culture our two leads brought to set last year.” — Loni Peristere, Director of 3.05 ‘The Art of Illusion’
